Excellent customer service
Excellent shop for all things recreational including an awesome bike section. Had my bike tuned up recently and the service was top notch. Affordable and ready when they said it would be ready. Now I can get back to the roads knowing my bike is in good health.

High quality outdoors and travel gear
As a co-op member, they were very polite and friendly to me while I was outside handing out leaflets to inform people about the Anniversary Sale boycott on behalf of the REI Union. I'm not a fan of the Board of Directors, but I'm proud to be an REI member, and this is a location with great people!
