If you are new to outdoor sports and need the gear, REI is the place to go. I have been a member for a few years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are very positive and honest in ensuring you have the proper equipment to embark on your activities. I will not lie; the prices are higher, but it is worth it because the products are high quality. Additionally, if you are a casual or moderate visitor to REI, I HIGHLY recommend getting a membership; it is worth it.
Great customer service and selection. However, the parking lot is not always the easiest to navigate.
Great store but never enough sales help in the busy shoe department. The two ladies today are having to run around like crazy. Let’s get some help where it is needed!
What a great bike shop. It’s rare I write a review, but Bobby and the techs at REI do an excellent job of listening, repairing and offering great advice on many levels. Whether you’re a beginner cyclist, gravel rider or road enthusiast - the REI bike shop in Winter Park has kept the “local bike shop” mindset and is well equipped for your next adventure.
Been a member for over 20 years and this was my first time in this store. I wish I had a better review because in general, I love the selection, sales, and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. I stopped in the Winter park store for a couple water bottles and a gift card. It was mid morning so there weren't that many people in the store. For the water bottles, I found out some of the Nalgene 32 oz wide mouths were on sale but none of the prices were marked. Stephanie behind the register was absolutely no help.
