Brandon was incredibly helpful! He knew even more about my feet than my podiatrist was able to tell me. He told me that if I need a lot of cushioning and arch support that I would likely need custom shoe inserts but when he saw the inserts I was currently using he was able to recommend shoe inserts for me that would have more cushioning but also more support for high arches. My boyfriend and I came to REI to look at some shoes for our upcoming hiking trip. We are not super knowledgeable so coming here was a new experience. Jen helped us to look for shoes. She was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable about the product. We learned so much for our upcoming hikes, 10/10 experience.
