I drove an hour to check out a bike for my child after the website said it was in stock. Upon arrival, I couldn't find the bike anywhere. I asked for assistance from an employee, and instead of being helpful, he literally rolled his eyes at me. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be returning and have lost all trust in REI as a company

Quite big. Loads of stuff to explore and check out if you're a sporty sort. A tad pricey for some items but it's a specialty shop so...
We needed to get some camping gear and were told that this was a good place to go. They were absolutely correct. Great choices and reasonable prices.
