The bike shop is so consistent and reliable and AVAILABLE. So many other bike shops are in chaos from being busy and require scheduling an appointment. REI bike service costs have seemed extremely reasonable out of 3 visits so far. They worked with me to get the best custom solutions when I needed something in a rush! Really fast service and great advice today.
