Diane who worked in the shoe section at the time was of great help. I went looking for a certain pair the “Lone Peak 9” and when I had any concerning questions she was there to answer. Unfortunately for myself I have a wide foot and was indecisive on the choice. She then went above and beyond to check the current shipment that was most likely still being processed to see if she had any wides for me, in which she found. THANKS MR. LESS! You saved my life. I walked into REI eager to add a new adventure to my memories. God put Mr. Less in my path to ensure I wouldn't go down the wrong lanes. I wanted to get the things I thought I needed to travel from VA to AK on a motorcycle. But Mr. Less noticed my ignorance and poor planning which could have led my dream into a nightmare, at best.
