Nick waited on my wife this morning. She needed a new pair if tennis shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the different brand of shoes and he was able to get a pair of shoes that fit very comfortably on my wife's feet. She is very happy with her purchase. Being that she is on her feet most of the day as a school teacher, it was important to have shoes that fit correct and that they are comfortable. We will be back in the future. I got wet wearing my REI waterproof rain jacket today, according to the store clerk they don’t work after a few years
5 stars for Owen in the bike shop! He literally kept my business for REI after the awful attitude from the other chubby dude. This was back in December, but every time ive been back, Owen is super helpful.
