brought my specialized FSR stumpjumper Mountain Bike in to REI for a tuneup and derailer issue. Was really surprised at the awesome service, great comms and thorough tuneup. Knox was really thorough, communicated great, and awesome to work with.

2nd time visiting this store. 1st experience was good, but this time around, I was not greeted, and the cashier that checked me out at register, pretty much followed me around until he rang me at the register. He even stood in my way at one point, and I had to tell him to excuse himself. Sure enough, after I passed him he magically appeared at register, although he was going the opposite way.
