This is by far the best REI store we’ve been to (Compared to several in Oregon, Utah and Washington). Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Alexis, Cassie and Kay. Alexis consulted us with most of the purchases and her level of knowledge was second to none. Cassie helped us with the best options for discounts and, boy, she nailed it, finally, Kay was there in charge and she made sure everything went smoothly… REI is fortunate to have such great people representing the company.
Very helpful and kind staff. Cool if you look for YETI, Patagonia, and stuff like that. Not cheap at all.
By far the worst REI store in the Nation! The store manager is lousy, rude, unreasonable, and refuses to honor the REI 1 year warranty promised to all customers in the REI website.
