By far the worst REI store in the Nation! The store manager is lousy, rude, unreasonable, and refuses to honor the REI 1 year warranty promised to all customers in the REI website.
Daniel and alexis were super helpful! I asked Daniel a million questions about my bike and he taught me so many things and made sure I understood everything. The staff at Rei are always so nice and eager to help!
