REI has become increasingly worse over the years. For some bizarre reason, many of their online products are not available for in store shipping. This would be fine were delivery services not an absolute nightmare. Since my house has no security and is very public, there is a 0% chance I will have anything shipped to my house worth hundreds of dollars. This REI is first class. Clean, stocked, super helpful Associates. Yes, it's on the higher side of pricing. But for the things I needed it wasn't bad. Darn Tough socks, a hat that works, wind pants and Aqua Mira (chlorine diaoxide).
My favorite REI!! Friendly and helpful staff. Early morning weekdays are the best bet in Flagstaff traffic!!
I had a fantastic experience at REI Flagstaff. I was vacationing in Flagstaff with my friends for some summer MTBin AZ. On day 1 my front brakes started fading, in the need of a brake bleed I went through a few bike shops in town but there was no availability for service within days. Josh and Tetris did a phenomenal job not only with the service but also they went above and beyond getting my brakes ready. They completed the job way above any expectations with a quick turn around.
