This location is great! Brad provided exceptional customer service when I was in a couple weeks ago looking for hiking boots and synthetic hiking socks. Even gave extra tips on blisters. Awesome staff and the return policy is gold! Thank you for such a positive experience.
Always thought REI would be our recreation gear store and we've been loyal customers over the years...until today. We had a very negative exchange with a rude and aggressive staff member. Upon speaking with the manager there was no reassurance the issue would be addressed much less resolved. Bye bye REI.
Store sucks. They don't carry any climbing approach shoes... not la sportiva tx3 or tx4. What a joke. REI has become a corporate b.s. store and not a true adventure store. Shop elsewhere, shop local
