Friendly employees, good products, and wide selection. My husband and I were looking at trekking poles and an employee was very helpful with picking them out. We bought a backpack and a shirt for now but will probably return for the poles based on the help and information we were given! Love REI
Bought an REI tent that was falling apart after 3 uses... they took it right back
I needed new keys for a Yakima bike rack with the SKS lock system. Staff here were able to find out which key I needed - and they were also able to sell me the new keys that day.
