TL;DR: Do not travel to this location from out of this area if you're looking for assistance in buying shoes or equipment. Lovely store, but not enough employees to assist in the shoe department. Customers are forced to talk to an employee in order to obtain their shoe size and try them on. Getting my out of doors on!
Friendly employees, good products, and wide selection. My husband and I were looking at trekking poles and an employee was very helpful with picking them out. We bought a backpack and a shirt for now but will probably return for the poles based on the help and information we were given! Love REI
Bought an REI tent that was falling apart after 3 uses... they took it right back
