Incredible customer service! One of their employees (Will) went above and beyond to help me solve an issue after erroneous information was given to my spouse over the phone. (Pretty sure it was just simple miscommunication, but it potentially affectedan upcoming trip)
Britt was incredibly helpful and attentive! We don’t regularly shop at REI, and despite the store being fairly busy, she kept checking back with us and answered our gear questions as well as pulled sizes from the back inventory. Thanks for all your help!
