The company name was CHEP in my pick up information. But the sign says Rehrig Pacific Company. There is a blue sign above the door. Come in the door and the office is on your right hand side after passing the 3th door. Be aware that the internet connection is not good therefore have your pick up number and trailer number with you pick up number starts number 3… Sometimes drop the trailer at the door and pull out, Sometimes not. First come first served.
Loading fast but they don’t mind your appointment time unless if you’re late no bathroom for Drivers

Reckless forklift operator just bent my trailer walls on both sides. I had a Utility trailer in excellent condition. The ignorant people do not care: scratch and pump to the walls. They definitely need training and supervision. Update: I had a pickup a few weeks later at this destination again. So I had to tell my concerns to the shipping office lady and also to the staff guy, who was hanging lock on my glad hands. I asked them to be gentle with the trailer walls, not to smash it. The trailer was loaded perfect this time!
