Whoever I just spoke to on the line when asking for a prescription so unprofessional. I ask her if we have a medication in stock and the woman rudely tells me “No” and as I am speaking to her, she hangs up the phone. Whoever is working today 8/21 at approximately 5:24pm, LEARN SOME MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. People are calling and vulnerable- getting medications. Maybe you should rethink your health career.
Horrible experience! It took three days to receive antibiotics for a family member with pneumonia! Then lost the meds on the 3rf day and had to wait for someone else to bring them. Tried to call and spoke to someone only to have them hang up on me! Never again!
Temi is the best pharmacist I've ever had. I worked in healthcare for 30 yrs and cvs and Walgreens treated me like im a termite after my 2nd failed back surgery. They have refused to fill my prescriptions around 50% of the time. Last time it cost me $750 bc I had to cancel a trip and I plan to only use Rehoboth pharmacy from now on. Thank U Temi
