I went to the ER several years back concerned about a head injury from a snowboard fall. The physician shamed me and sent me home telling me there was nothing wrong. Then I got a bill for $500 so now I’m trying to go to urgent care. they’re closed on Fridays. In fact they have been closed now for over a week. Are they doing this to force me to go to the emergency room to pay 500 more dollars? RMCH should be shut down. This community deserves decent healthcare. This place does not provide it.

The nursing staff that took care of my mother in the ER were absolutely wonderful. Harriet turned out to be my guardian angel in disguise. All the obnoxious Dr Gxxx wanted to do is fly my 98 year old mother to another facility & even another state. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to relay what I wanted. He didn't want to listen because his mind was made up that treating my mom was an inconvenience for him.
