Shocking experience! Ordered four pizzas for a party at 6:20pm. At 7:30pm called due to no delivery. Was lied to that the pizza was on its way. Called again at 7:50pm and hung up on. Went to store store front and found that the 4 pizza were just sitting there. No intent to deliver! No suggestion of an apology. Terrible business!
Unfortunately, Rehoboth House of Pizza isn’t what it used to be. Ever since the ownership changed, the quality of both the food and customer service seems to have gone downhill. I have a dairy allergy, and despite repeatedly requesting no cheese on my pizza, they’ve still put cheese on it multiple times. When I brought up the issue, instead of taking it seriously, a staff member made a comment along the lines of, “Who doesn’t put cheese on pizza?” For someone with a food allergy, that was frustrating and disappointing. I will never call this place again !! I loved this place so much. And the stupid manager woman gave me a attitude about my order and she keep saying she was the manager! I asked for egg in my sub, I've gotten it before from them and she told me we dont do that! Ill never order again because of her. The way she was repeating me and mocking me was ridiculous!!!
Good food reasonable price. Great pizza. Sometimes consistency issues.
