Outstanding customer service made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. Didn’t matter how many pairs of shoes we wanted to try, it didn’t seem like that was a problem. Honest feedback and explanation of the video they took made us a customer for life! Definitely worth the time and the price!
They carry Brooks running apparel, 13.1 stickers, loads of Clif Bloks flavors and Garmin watches. Definitely check them out!
The ONLY place to get the RIGHT running shoes. They take their time to get you the proper fit!
Worst service ever. They never measured my wife’s feet. Sold her a pair of Brooks for $110. After arriving home she tried a walk/jog only to realize they were too tight. Despite Brooks having a money back guarantee RBRC won’t allow a return/exchange. Despite sharing the responsibility for selling a poorly fitted shoe they are taking our money and ‘running’ with it.
