My family rented 5 Laurel Street and WOW is this property absolutely amazing. Not only is it so close to the beach which is a huge luxury, but the house is newly built and absolutely beautiful. The owners of this home spared NO expense when they were designing this home - the kitchen is a literal dream, the bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms, there are two laundry rooms and even a huge comfy basement to hang out in. My family rented 30 Delaware Ave. - an amazing house! 12 of us stayed here comfortably and really enjoyed how close it was to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. It’s a great location and great for families!
Our family has enjoyed staying at this property for 10 consecutive years! We have found it to be comfortable and accommodating for our entire family. Can't beat the location or the fantastic air -conditioned porch on a busy corner. Always entertaining!
