This company is very diligent when it comes to collecting your payments. They however epically fail when it comes to notifying the providers that your coverage should be active. The "customer service" is laughable at best. I have been promised that the issue would be handled within 24 hours, its been a week. i have spent a total of 2+ hours on the phone with them (including being on hold) They have wasted my time and swindled my money. worst agency ever.
