I would give them-10!! 4 hours at the door and no movement, but they took lunch twice already, why are you even booking a truck if the load is not ready. It’s ridiculous. It’s my second time here and it’s the last. If you do book a load from there make sure you get a very good rate and a decent detention rate, otherwise you are screwed.
They are slow loading over on "construction side".. looks like they only load 1 truck at a time.. even though there's several people inside. Idk what they got going on.. just disappointing.
Got dock when i reached here but its been 10 hours ,my truck is not even loaded yet Worst place to get load. Lazy people ,come on guys give some respect to truck drivers and hire hardworking staff
