Went to an appointment to establish care and for a medication refill. Jeanette Derita APRN lied to my face insisting that i must see a psychiatrist for a NON controlled substance medication (lamotrigine), she stated it was Florida law (WHICH IT IS NOT). i informed her as such and she acted surprised. either this health care provider is a liar or very misinformed. either way it is not someone i would want or recommend to provide care for myself or anyone around me. based on the other reviews for this practice and my personal ... read more
Went in as new patient & explained and showed her I’ve been on BP medicine for 6 plus years. Dr said she would electronically send in refill for current BP meds with one refill and a follow up appointment. Neglected to call in BP medicine that I’ve been on for 4 plus years called office and she is only available on Tuesdays. Office refused to call the Dr. Dr in that day did call in a 10 day supply but also told me what notes were in file claiming I complained of fatigue and shortness of breath which is FALSE and non of that ... read more
