After a very traumatic fracture of femur with an external fixator for 5 months, non weigh bearing and 6 surgeries within 5 months. I started in a wheelchair and now walking with a cane. I was very untrusting of anyone. PTSD from the injury. Then I was assigned to Merri-Ann. She was/is amazing. First visit with her, we talked. She said you don’t know me and I want to earn your trust. The staff is amazing. Merri-Ann has helped me so much. The encouragement and motivation to keep going. Been doing pt for 6 months and I don’t wa... read more

The staff is POORLY trained, starting with the receptionists who never answer the phones and if you leave a voicemail your calls are never returned. The Occupational Therapist Anne McDill was just so unprofessional, she went out on maternal leave and left a substitute in her place that she left to do her dirty work so to speak. And the Physical Therapist Kelly Shaw was no better, their work practices need to be thoroughly investigated. I feel as though my daughter did not get the TREATMENT rehab that she needed.
