Dr Phillips is the best doctor and the best person I have been seeing him for 6yrs and he cares about you and your family he has seen me at my lowest point in life and he watched me grow he gives the best advice he really cares about his patients he’s not all about the money like other doctors dr Phillips has been sent from god to help his people recovery and grow thanks dr Phillips for everything your the best 🥰☺️

Ten years ago, I was in such despair. I called everywhere and looked for help, and no one was taking in new patients. I was given a number to call, and Dr. Phillips picked up and talked to me for 45 minutes. He was so kind and compassionate and said he wanted me in ASAP, and he and his wife opened their office up on a Saturday just for me for one patient.
