Unfortunately, this office had no idea that the major insurance provider here, Highmark BlueCross and BlueShield, lists them as a provider for the ACA (Obama care). In addition, they are the only physical therapists in the Arcade area. It's unacceptable that they choose not to go the extra lengths to serve their community by doing the needed paperwork to serve everyone. Hopefully we will get a company with foresight to set up a dynamic practice here, instead of the sad option in place now.
The therapists are all so nice. I just wish they took my insurance
They are top notch. I have been to several places in the area . Josh and the girls total no what they are doing. Josh always takes his time stretching my knee. The first 2 places never did that. Makes a big difference. Always clean inside .They always wipe down everything!! They will do everything they can to make going there a good experience.

Ive been going here for every injury i've had. The workers are wonderful and helpful.
