If I could give you zero stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I haven’t even stepped foot into the building and I am already extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I made an appointment for my son since August 7th for August 18th at 10:30 AM. I got a message today at around 10:45 AM asking if I would like to confirm my son’s appointment, I confirmed it.
