I am so grateful for the sessions I had with Nikki!! She was very patient, understanding, and so informative/knowledgeable. She worked with me at my pace and gave me so many great exercises to do at home, while encouraging/assisting me in making positive changes in my routines. I highly recommend her and the work she does!!!

I do not recommend this Mt P office location. I had my first appointment Wednesday. The physical therapist was ok but the front desk staff person was condescending, patronizing, and a poor communicator. I overheard her making disparaging comments about “clients” to 2 other staff there, and she called everyone “hon”… SMH. Because of her, unfortunately, I had to cancel my future appointments as I don’t need that level of negative energy in my life, especially this time of year! Hard pass.

My Physical Therapist is great! The front desk staff needs to be a little more professional. One time I went and a maintenance person was sitting there all laid back with his coffee. The lady that was there ignored me and finally I just sat down. But like I said the Therapist was great!

I have been working on my leg and foot twice now and have had positive results both times. I have recommended them and Jacob without regrets.
