Very disappointed with this facility. Calling for an appointment sends you in circles. My doctor sent the order numerous times and they said they didn’t have it. When I came for my first appointment they cancelled it without calling.
I would highly recommend this facility for outpatient therapy! I work in The Subacute arena so I tend to be very critical, however I was extremely impressed! Karin, PT was amazing! After major surgery I spent 3 months with her. I would not be as far as I am in my rehab without her. The facility is clean, the equipment is dynamic! The only thing I would improve is: It is hard to talk to the front desk when calling. You often have to leave a voicemail with no return call.
My husband and I both had the pleasure of going there for therapy - to say the least the staff is amazing my therapist Laura was a god send I was in bad neck and back pain and now I feel great !
Was sent for pelvic floor physio due to incontinence. Facility changed the code to "muscle weakness" and charged $ 2082 for 2 sessions! That's $ 1041 for 1 session of physio therapy of which one 2 was only introduction. Insurance won't cover and facility won't budge after insurance paid $135.22 and made my share $ 1692.00. Ridiculous claim, wrong coding and abnormal chararges for physio therapy sessions.
