The therapist Get is demeaning and rude. Big time personal space violater. Liked to stand over me while I was seated and stand in my intimate space! Good vibes are definitely not here! Very easy to do better, go anywhere else!
I have gone through 6weeks of PT mainly with Katherine. She was absolutely AMAZING. She was very genuine and personable. She explained my exercises and goals very clearly. When I came in on a bad day she worked with me to try to relieve my symptoms and gave me pointers and tools to try to relieve my symptoms at home. I am much stronger than when I started and left with hope that we are much closer to figure out what is going on with my pain.
Every time I come to my appointment the staff in the front desk are Very RUDE. They need more training on being polite to patients.
