. I would just like to leave a little tid bit for people that may want to visit this clinic. Everybody in the office is very nice but there’s a person there called Lucy Wallang that’s who I see. She will not help you at all I’ve been in severe pain ever since I’ve been going to them and she just will not help me. Overall snellville location is 10 out of 10 I came to this location in march staff was strict about pee test and how you treat staff I understand that all kinds of people go there and I’m sure people come in with horrible attitudes but if you’re nice they will be nice Amy is extremely professional and friendly ken takes the time to listen to you and your needs if you need a change in prescription they will do it with in reason so I recommend this location just be nice
They're Operations Dept. Needs Serious Help. It's centralized to one receiving location for all offices for each doctors voicemails, faxes, emails, etc. leaving patients like me not to get a response back as agreed because they never received my information. Their systems failed me twice and caused additional pain and suffering after having surgery and not getting the proper medicine. My doctor did not have a voicemail box set up at any of the locations he practiced at for over a year 2024 until I complained about my surgery... read more
