Douglasville location is a total joke. No one cares about your pain or conditions, they are in it for the $. Office staff is very unprofessional and patients privacy is not protected. Drug screen urine cultures just sit out in the public view and for anyone to pick up and/or tamper with because they are unattended. It feels like a pill mill. I have been with this group of physicians in Cumming many years 😇🥰🕊️. They are an incredible group of physicians and nurses and staff who truly care about you and take great care of you. I would trust them with my life and health and well being! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me the past several years and for listening to me and taking the time.
