I can’t say enough about how great the staff (nurses, therapists, and all involved) with my care were. They were all patient, caring and compassionate. My care was outstanding and I can’t thank the team enough. PT, OT and ST were experts in their field and always took the time to explain everything we were learning. I have been to this facility before and it was an excellent facility so if or when I have an infusion done with the right foot I want to come here instead of Oakland Grove Health Center and in the winter months not the hot summer months!
The entire staff was excellent. They were professional and they took very good care of Maggie. Couldn't have asked for a better Rehabilitation Hospital or staff. Thank You all for your unbelievably excellent care and treatment you gave to Maggie. We will definitely recommend Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island to anyone in the future.
RI Rehabilitation Hospital is outstanding! All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and have worked together for as long as twenty years. The culture of patient centered is throughout the department/administration. Just look past the renovations going on the first two floors including the age of the building. when you get to the third floor you will see a well organized, immaculately cleaned rehab unit. My mother has been here for a few weeks and received amazing care. The nurses have been very encouraging and she improved everyday. She is getting ready to be discharged tmrw and the nurses have been coming in to say good bye. Very sweet. The food isn’t great but otherwise great care here.
