The staff was nice the physical therapist was nice The stay was comfortable.. the only complaint I have is my Walker came up missing .. I’ve been without it for a few days . My sister went up there 3 days ago and there’s still no walker! I’m hoping this problem get resolved quickly
My Husband was at Encompass in December 2024 and January 2025. This is the very best place to go for rehabilitation. He received excellent care from all the staff. The Therapists were very knowledgeable and really concerned for the patient. From the nurses and tech, to the kitchen staff and those who kept our rooms clean, all were very kind and compassionate. We were there when we had two snows storms, many on Staff did not go home and worked overtime to take care of the patients. Even the CFO, CEO and head of Nursing were t... read more
