The staff: doctors, nurses, tech, Pt,Ot,Speech therapists , receptionist ,and food services were all great. My mother was well taken care of during her 2 week stay.
My experience with this rehabilitation hospital was very unpleasant.
The treatment that the case worker Danica and Jennifer ; made it harder for me to focus on my recovery and left me feeling unsupported. I believe all patients deserve respect, understanding, and equal access to services, and I did not feel that standard was met in my case. I hope the facility addresses this to ensure future patients are treated fairly and compassionately.
