I received excellent care by a caring staff and very good results from a Therapy team that is amazing. Food was good and plentiful, activities each day and very clean. There is actually an employee that comes to your room to ask if you have any problems and if you do, they are handled at once. It was so much nicer than expected no wonder it is now a 5 Star!

I had to remove my mother from this place just hours after she arrived. If you have other options use them.

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible facility! They are suppose to be a “not for profit” facility but all they are concerned with is the money. The only positive thing about this facility is the physical therapy.

Compleyly disorganized! No one wants to answer the phone and when they finally do they just hang up on you. The customer service sucks! Who ever the director is needs to hold the staff accountable for their actions! If he or she can't do that than he or she should be fired! Updated: I was able to get a hold of an administrator and he helped me alot! Thank you Daniel!
