Very helpful
After being qualified for job assistance, since I'm a disabled veteran, they lied to me and then ghosted me. Please go to another DOR. I have had great experiences with DORs in the past. This one is absolutely unprofessional.
I had a wonderful experience with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Center in Concord, back in the years of 2003 through 2007. I received my bachelor’s degree from UC Davis in 2007, and this wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support of my DOR counselor at the time, Faye Villanueva. Waste of time. It's as if they're intentionally turning people away. My significant other has been in contact for a week or so and this office is interesting. My s/o asked to be appointed towards a leap program individual and she was, but until now Maureen was never certified at all to approve people but lied entirely in our meeting when she said she had the license to approve. During the meeting this Maureen even said they would process my s/o papers for the program, but turns out this person lied again and never did. All w... read more
