It looked to be a well staffed with some staff knowing more than others. That might because they were volunteers. The place smelled clean without cleaning solution overload. Rooms are simple and my aunt did not complain. You could easily get lost in the place.

My mom was a resident here for 2 1/2 weeks for rehab. The staff is phenomenal, all the way down from the Director of Nursing to the techs. Everyone is "hands on" to help. They were very attentive to my mom, helping her with getting to and from meals, showering, and daily cares. It felt like she was their own family member and I didn't worry when I couldn't be with her. They would stop in to check on her and sit with her when she was scared or confused. My sister has been in nursing home care for many years. She is younger than typical nursing home residents. Although, we have been grateful for the care she received in the past, her overall condition had continued to decline. As agency be mindful of picking up here. I called and cancelled my shift I was redirected to another number and left a VM. They marked me as a NCNS and got my account suspended. I reached out to Courtney who said to bad. Not her problem. I even offered to come in the next day as I felt bad but that didn’t matter. Plenty if other places to pick up at. These places just keep getting worse by the minute.
