Be sure to check the price of the PT sessions before getting service. Our daughter had been going for over a month for her shoulder before we received a bill that was about 5-7x higher than reasonable and customary PT rates. Now we are left with a $2,800 bill that has been sent to collections. Not fun. We should have shopped around.
I have been to many physical therapists and this place is, by far, the worst. The front desk staff is rude. The physical therapists are the McDonald's workers of PT in that if there is a place where the worst therapists go, it is here. They work two or three patients simultaneously. They completely lack any hint of creativity or critical thinking. They institute the program designed for the lowest common denominator whether you are a young athlete, a middle-aged man who stays in shape, or a 75 year old woman. They must have ... read more
I've been to physical therapy most of my adult life do to sports and work injuries. This is by far the best physical therapy center I've ever been to. Mrs Devyn Patterson, my PT, is one of the most highly skilled (with credentials) and professional physical therapists I've ever worked with. She is always making sure I'm using proper form and reviews what I have ACTUALLY been doing at home so she knows where to start me at that day. (Homework🤢) Something I've never had happen before.
