When I entered I was confronted with rather a cold reception. The receptionist was more concerned about obtaining a physician order rather than customer service. Reminding her that one didn’t necessarily need an order, rather than explaining that there are circumstances where an order is needed first, I was blown off. I wanted to give a special thanks to Amanda for doing such a wonderful job in working with me to do chore building exercises, to help eleaviate some of my back pain. she explained it so well, along with the examples to follow, I found it tremendously helpful. Mary Ellen S. is by far a one-in-a-million occupational therapist! She's the one we all wish for and need, but there just aren't enough O.T.s like her. She worked my wrist without hesitation and did what needed to be done. She also let me cry on her shoulders as this was a traumatic injury to say the least. I am forever grateful to her. She is a beautiful person. Thank you so much!
