Place is too busy. Too loud. Some therapists are unprofessional. Not friendly at all. Not recommended if you want a more quiet place so you can focus on healing.
My son had an extremely positive experience at PT with Erin! He attended from 2 mos old - 7 mos old and had so much fun there working on his torticollis and other skills. He was so close to learning to crawl at his final session and figured it out about a week later! We loved the care we received and would highly recommend their pediatric program for this purpose.
Melissa at Rehab Associates in Fairfield is fantastic. She is professional, energetic, creative and always encouraging. She is a talented speech therapist and I would highly recommend her.
When I entered I was confronted with rather a cold reception. The receptionist was more concerned about obtaining a physician order rather than customer service. Reminding her that one didn’t necessarily need an order, rather than explaining that there are circumstances where an order is needed first, I was blown off. I wanted to give a special thanks to Amanda for doing such a wonderful job in working with me to do chore building exercises, to help eleaviate some of my back pain. she explained it so well, along with the examples to follow, I found it tremendously helpful.
