What a spot. Beautiful idealic victorian countryside, isolated and filled with beautiful wildlife. Matthew was a great host, driving us to the spot and running through all the needed information. The house is great. Really inspiring with the reusable construction and permaculture methods used across the property. Highly recommend.
The best couples getaway! This has everything you need and more - seclusion, breathtaking views, nature, spa, cinema projector, fireplace, comfortable bed - the list goes on! Matthew was so accommodating, even providing bread and a few locally grown veggies. Stay for more than one night, you won't regret it!
Very unique experience! Absolutely loved it. Definitely need to stay more than one night (we spent the first night reading the manual for all the things). It’s so stunning and peaceful there. Matthew was super accommodating and we loved all the personal touches from a home made treat to garden produce. The steep terrain made for excellent cardio and it’s absolutely beautiful. Had such a beautiful stay, Matthew was very kind and accommodating. The setting itself is so tranquil and isolated. In the morning I had a beautiful run along Gellibrand River Rd on which the property is located. My only regret is staying just one night, already can't wait to return. Thanks again :)
We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, and Matthew was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would love to return in the future.
