The good reviews for this business are antiquated; the current state is not good. As a patient, you need consistency in practitioners to monitor and progress your rehab. However, the PTs here are never consistent so you keep getting new PTs who don’t know you, or have time to review your case. From April to august, saw 3 PTs leave after having them only a few times. Today, I saw Dr. James Scherer, PT, DPT, OCS, Certified MDT, from Rehab Specialists. His professionalism and courtesy were simply over-the-top. Their therapists are good, and I had positive experiences prior to today. But this time (for another issue), the appointment booking process proved to be very antiquated and not user friendly. First, I called MDR office, and there was no appointment available for a week. It has already been a week since my last home PT, so I asked about the possibility of an earlier appointment.
