We set up an in home evaluation and had Brad Gamber come over and he really seemed like he wanted to help, until he didnt return my calls, emails or messages to other employees at Rehab and Mobility systems for over a month. No call back, no email back from anyone. I called the main office and left a message that if someone didnt call me back within a week, then well just find a different place to help us. Shitty service, Brad just fell off the face of the earth and never called me back or emailed me back after several attemps. Over a month later, still nothing. Even from their management. Don't bother wasting your time with them.
Took me a while before I was able to connect with Brad and then he came out for an evaluation, very knowledgeable guy sounded very promising but went downhill from there. Been working with Brad and Ashley for over a year it took about 6 months to finally get a quote for an off road chair…getting a hold of Brad is impossible even had my doctor try to reach out directly and he wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. Such a great company for all your medical equipment needs! They really care about their customers, which is rare these days... they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.
They say they will do something and when you call to inquire about the progress, they don't return a phone call. I offered them a 350,000 handicapped remod and a lifetime of Durable medical equipment and supply orders. Guess they don't need the business.
