I average 4 hours sleep a night until, the so called pain management Doctor finally sent a prescription for physical therapy. Not!! Three times they told me it was faxed. (I'm still getting treatment for my rotorcuf repair) so the Therapist took it upon herself to do an evaluation on my neck and sent it to the doctors. He approved it and they're using it as a prescription.
