My mother is in one of these facilities and while visiting, I met the owner Vicki Runk. I guess she wasn't familiar with my family, but I was dismissed and ignored when I tried to speak with her about my mother. She ended up being a very snotty and rude person and I'm very upset with the treatment I had, let alone what my mother must be receiving.
