my loved one was not handled properly by nursing staff the way he was taught by physical therapy. When he or family requested some cross training or suggestions we were told to leave the room or not talk. The next two days resulted in new wounds, pain and my loved one's attitude of being very positive to "don't rock the boat or they will kill me."
