This crew really takes charge and provides close assistance. My client is an impaired TBI patient, and the family was drowning in questions and the need for help. Rehab Innovations came on board, and that first day, it was obvious to my client's guardians that they would turn a corner. From managing the flow of information to physician scripts and insurance compliance - this is the team to use.

5 stars for sure. My case manager, Diana, is terrific. She was recommended to me after a car accident in November. Diana was responsible for getting me to the specialists I needed to feel better. She is kind, knowledgable and a delight to work with. She gave me the security and and hope I needed to get through a tough time. What a great company! Nikki is the best case manager/nurse advocate ever!. I’m one to rack my brain to think of important questions to ask my sons doctors, but didn’t have to on any of the Dr visits because she is on top of everything and already knows what questions to ask. She is super knowledgeable of the medication’s my son takes and highly knowledgeable of the physical therapy my son is now doing . She is always easy to reach. I have watched Nicole and her case managers provide fantastic care and pay the utmost attention to clients that had sustained catastrophic injuries over the years. These were victims of accidents that needed advocacy in order to recover and return to some semblance of normalcy. Rehab Innovations has always done everything within its power to ensure its clients were taken care of, no matter how time-consuming or demanding those needs were.
