Best visit so far. I have been pleased evey appointment. It just seems the team at Rehab wants you to feel welcome. Kait did my colour and cut. Kait clearly gives her clients the best experience. She does this with the support of the whole staff. Book now girlfriends if you want acceptional hair during the upcoming holiday season. I am booked already!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this salon was so bad that I feel the need to warn others. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. First, the staff was shockingly unprofessional. The receptionist barely acknowledged me when I walked in, and when I asked about my appointment, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. The stylist I was booked with was running late, and instead of apologizing, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I had shown her several reference photos of the cut and color I wanted, and she nodded without much enthusiasm, which made me a little uneasy. Unfortunately, my gut feeling was right.
