I had such a great experience with Ava! She nailed my haircut and color. The layers are exactly what I asked for and she made the style suit my features so well (I’ve gotten lots of compliments on this haircut!). She was super thoughtful, and I really appreciated how she explained what she was doing as she went along. It made the whole process feel really comfortable and reassuring. Ava gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She listened, understood, and executed my vision all while checking in with me, and being kind and considerate. The atmosphere of Rehab for Hair was tangibly positive , and you can tell that the workers and clients actually enjoyed being there. 10/10
