During my first treatment at Rehab First I was very impressed with the clinic, it has such a nice and relaxed feel, plenty of room for treatment/exercises and good street parking. Heather the Physio treating me was personable and knowledgeable in her advice and skill. She treated my troublesome shoulder/neck injury and after 4 sessions including a stretching program I was able to continue playing the sports I love pain free. I highly recommend Rehab First.
Very impressive equipment and extremely knowledgeable staff. Fixed my pelvic floor within weeks. So grateful!!!
Had the amazing Heather (women’s health physio) work with me throughout my pregnancy on my pelvic floor to give me the best possible labour and birth experience. I learnt so much knowledge that I never got from my midwives. One size does not fit all. Im really glad I got tailored advice. A MUST DO if pregnant or considering. Can’t thank Heather enough!
