I almost lost a great investment property because of RFG. I had to pay extra fees, like a SOW charge by their ‘guy’ that they insist you sign a credit card authorization form to use your card. I asked to only soft pull credit when getting a quote and they said ok we will not hard pull, then they hard pulled my credit immediately within 2 minutes of submitting an application.
