Super easy process from a financing standpoint. Jacob was awesome on the phone with check ins to see how everything was going and helped me better understand the draw process etc. I strongly recommend using them if you are both new or experienced with RE Investing.
Jacob is by far the best lender I have ever worked with. He is very quick and responsive and they will work on your loan as fast as possible.
