Rehab Financial - Specifically, Zach, Gordon, and Taylor are amazing! We were clear to close 4 days before our close date on two files! They do not fee you to death either! They are the real deal with rehab deals!
Not worth any starts . These people lard games with 2 of my deals having the file on both for 2 weeks . The first one they took almmost 2 weeks to come back and say it’s rural which Phoenix Md is primo spot 5 minutes from one of the busiest malls in Maryland . The second one they had since last Monday . Today is the following Thursday after jerking me around days after days . On Monday they told me I didn’t have enough liquidity .
