Started therapy today, was told that sessions would end with massages to my back to help relax the muscles after each session, but it’s really been a bunch of random do this and that and then see ya later: I am staying open minded on days to come but not really hopeful Update as of 5/6/26 Alison is an amazing Physical Therapist. She has a plan for you and makes sure you leave feeling well. So glad to have her

Would highly suggest trying next time you need PT! I have been back more than once and each time I’ve received over the top therapy treatment. Awesome physical therapists who care about each one of their patients. Taking the time to make sure you’re getting the most out of every exercise. Always willing to offer heat, ice & massage the inflamed area if needed.
From the start, staff has been nothing but amazing. You can really tell they care and want everyone to succeed. My brother’s journey from being stuck in a wheelchair, to standing up and Now he is walking with his walker and a staff member, has been incredible, thanks to their support. When we first showed up, he was pretty down about his situation. But the therapists here have been super encouraging and really know their stuff.
