The girls who did the assessment were kind and gentle but . I have trauma to my neck and wasn’t able to return to the facility for a few weeks. They called when i rescheduled to have a conversation with the PT and said i had to have a reapproval. The office staff was supposed to document when i called in about the flare up the evaluation and attempt at home exercises i was given and DID NOT! They did not do ANY DOCUMENTATION AT ALL!! They sent me home with a list of painful stretches my first visit and set my next appointment for over a week later even though I'm supposed to go 2-3 times a week. I'm not supposed to be twisting, and one of the only 3 things they gave me to do is just twisting. They didn't even go over it with me in office, just gave me a printout and sent me home.
So my Dr sent a referral yesterday and I been calling since yesterday and just now nobody has returned my calls that's very UNPROFESSIONAL and don't wont hear we haven't received anything cause they definitely did call me to confirm they did so what now 😤
It helped me so much. Would highly recommend.
