PT and OT departments are great. Otherwise, the place is noisy, dirty, and just a little scary. The food is terrible.
The people at Waterfront are nice to my mother, but sometimes slow to respond and they don't always grant her requests. But they let her watch TV a lot.
I was there on Halloween, visiting with my girlfriend Irene. We played Bingo and had a treat. They gave out a prize for the best door decorations. Some of the staff and residents were dressed for Halloween. They had decorations through out the building. Irene enjoys her food there, especially ice cream for dessert. Staff was cheerful and welcoming, rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and my mom’s cousin looked very happy and she said they were taking good care of her. She is 93 and looked well.
