Great changes at Waterfront! The staff works hard to attend to the men and women who reside there. Keep up the good work!
My dearest friend Kim was in Waterfront for a very brief time. Kim was required to have pain medication for hip surgery. No pain medication arrived. None. Kim was in terrible pain. Kim rang the buzzer for over an hour. No one came to help her. Kim began to yell and scream out in terrible pain. No one came to help or acknowledge her presence. The facility was very clean. The staff is attentive and caring. The administrative staff is very helpful in answering any questions that you may have and they go above and beyond when it comes to the care of your loved ones. Can’t say enough about this place.
