I've completed 3 separate referrals requesting the same therapist each time. My therapist is well trained, experienced, a good listener, and professional in every aspect throughout my entire experience, yet, still cognizant and empathetic of my pain. The support staff are gracious, helpful, and professional. My only complaint is the limited quantity of sessions allowed by Medicare.
