Avoid at all costs. Unethical and unconcerned with care. In my view, this is essentially a mill to churn business and profits for the “doctor” while the injured worker is left to suffer and decline.
If you will be seeing Dr. Ohlsen, be prepared to be called a liar in every which way except direct. I hobbled in this office with SEVERE back issues, and was told that there is nothing wrong with my back. I endured a good amount of pain from muscle spasms just to get to this office. I left with nothing more than being told to talk to someone else. I should of just stayed home and rested. Was told I was "crying for oxycodone." I couldn't even get a damn ibuprofen out of this guy.
