The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. She had a nasty attitude from the start and acted as though assisting customers was an inconvenience. Her tone was dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily hostile, making what should have been a simple interaction very unpleasant. Front desk staff are often the first impression of a business, and unfortunately she reflected very poorly on the organization. High Focus delivered the level of care I needed to stabilize and process trauma that had impacted me for decades but had became unmanageable.
