I have been attending High Focus Center- Jenkintown therapy for the past 2.5 weeks. I was stuck in a treatment plateau for the last few months; and even began to go backwards in my coping skills. I started my journey a little over two weeks ago and already have found some peace with things I never thought possible. I never thought that I would be able to open up and be as vulnerable as I am in this woman's trauma group but Jacqueline Huynh has a way of getting you to talk whether you want to or not. She is empathetic and understanding of your feelings and offers advice while allowing you to cry and let it out. My experience at High Focus Centers has been healing. I felt comfortable there, and I truly appreciated being able to talk about everything while knowing my information would remain private. I’ve been through a lot in my past, and having a safe space to share and get help was incredibly important to me. The support I received made a big difference. There were a lot of emotional moments—tears, but also happy times—and every part of it helped me grow.
The staff here are compassionate and professional. The environment feels safe and structured, which makes a big difference. Grateful for the support during a challenging time.
